    well its 5:29 am and we just pulled in from up north with Dave and his wife Patty, Doug (bammachips) and Bill (kwik6er). yep it was pretty fun as bill may have mentioned he got some great times with the hypo kit 13.7. unfortunatly when we showed up to the track (1 1/2 hours late i might add) we found out it was bracket racing and not test and tune. oh well any way this was my first time on a 1/4 mile and the first time bracket racing so i kinda screwed up a bit. anyway running the stock cal version but with my new t-loc ( no gears yet ) and dougs mt drag radials i ran a 14.1 with a .044 reaction time and 2.022 60 ' ( oh yea first time in the water box and i screwed that up too) the prob was that at irwindale they have the finish clearly marked with a brake now sign for us dumb people, so i think i let off too soon. then the second run was against a honda and i got totaly twisted on the whole differant tree light thing and totaly blew the launch. so i was out after two runs. so i will settle for the 14.1 for now. the 1.8 mile time was 9.1 and knowing i have done 8.95 i know i should be in the 13's

    sounds like it was a long night. too bad it was not test n tune though, you would have gotten the hang of it better.

    i should be hitting the 1/8th for the first time friday! :banana:

    @afixer,

    Nice job man. Shes a 13 second car for sure, once you master heating up those DR's and power braking at 2k, you will do even better!!!

    @bigcat,

    Keep us posted on your track visit, I'm very curious to see what she runs.
