Wow, I got three free tunes from Doug with my JLT purchase. I thought with a CAI purchase he would update your exisiting tune, but not give you three additional tunes. In addition to updating my 89tq tune, I added the 87 performance, 91 torque and 91 race.

I didn't buy the combo just a JLT. I bought the predator from a local seller off Craig's list. I talked to Doug about the tune update. He said since I have a tune from him and purchased a CAI, he would update my existing tune and send me three free tunes for free. So, I spent a total of $450 for tuner/CAI 1 updated tune and three new tunes.

That's a good deal. It cost me $450 to buy the intake, and tune it myself with HPtuners. Can't beat getting it all for that price and not having to work hard to get it done.

When you try all the tunes out, please let us/ME know how they are. I'm really interested in the 87 and 89 octane tunes. With the wife, a cai AND a tuner is gunna be hard to sell to her on the cost involved. BTW, the Predator is easy to unlock, I thought tuners were locked to VIN of every vehicle??

I'll keep you updated. Just using the 89tq tune w/o a CAI is a noticeable difference over stock. Another person on another forum said he in normal daily driving, there is no noticeable difference between the 89tq tune and the 93 race tune.

Problem is Brent doesn't support the diablo. If he does in the future, I might try one or more of his tunes.

Whats the biggest diff between JLT kit and brenspeed kit, besides the BBK intake itself?

The BBK/tuner kit from Brenspeed is just one of the tuner/cai options. Like Bama, he also has other tuner/cai options, but I think Brent has a few more CAI options. Doug seems to focus more on JLT and C&L. Between the two cai, the jlt and bbk there is probably very little difference .

The JLT and C&L are definitely the best intakes out there. I think for a mildly modified bolt on car, the C&L with 88mm maf tube is the best set-up.
