frpp stingers

    hey guys u just bought the frpp stingers. and installed them on my 08 gt last night. when i took around the block for a test drive i heard a rattling at reall low rpms and when i shifted. its not really loud but loud enough to remind me its their and bug the hell out of me. i double checked everything was scrwed in nice an tight...any suggestions what i can do or what it may be.... also they seem really loose.... has anyone else had this problem or did i just get a bogus pair? thanks guys any help is appreciated

    your mufflers arent tight on the pipes. this is pretty common. there is a knotch on the over axel pipe. loosen the clamp and place the clamp over the knotch and tighten it. solved it for me.

    The other thing to take note of is how you have the clamps at the muffler & over-the-axle pipes oriented. Make sure that the end of these clamps or a portion of these clamps is not rubbing up against the spare tire tub. Also, make sure that the muffler hangers are all tight and that you have adequate clearence between them and the mufflers.

    .... ya i went back out to the garage tried it out and it sounds perfect now thanks.. now i can drive with no embaressament :D
