ok well....i got my 255LPH pump and new sender in....car cranks....no hot to the F/P. I have a constant hot to the relay under the seat....and if you branch it from the green wire to the pink the F/P will kick on no problem...but im just not geting a exciter wire coming in to kick the relay open...all fuses apear to be good...I also check the upset switch in the trunk....we are at a loss at this point everything worked awesome last fall when the motor was pulled. Any ideas... :bang:

    P.S this is a 90 LX 4-banger.

no one?????? might just wire up a toggle switch but would still like it running on its own.

Go over to the 5.0 board and do a search. JR has posted all the details of the fuel pump circuits and troubleshooting you would need.

The only thing I might add is to check if you 2.3 car originally had the fuel pump relay as part of the CCRM or IRCM, or if the Tbird had it that way. If so, you have some other wires to figure out and deal with. 5.0 cars use the puter to run the fp relay, but I think some 2.3 cars including the tbird have the puter controlling the CCRM. You may have the puter turing on the CCRM but not the actual relay for the pump.

Just posting because this may be an issue. I am still confused on this myself, as I have not gotten into working on my TC motor swap yet.

Feel free to let me know what's up here.
