I am rebuilding my engine to change the head gaskets and need to get the fuel rails out. The problem is that ford decided to run wires in between the rails to the accessories like the a/c and I cant get the wires out. Any tips on taking the fuel rails out. Also, do I need to take the alternator out to change the heads. Thanks
