So I was thinking about buyin some new gauges to accompany the new S/C...but was wondering what level of difficulty gauge installs are. I was going to go with the A-pillar, w/ boost, A/F, and Oil temp. I'm not as worried about the electric stuff as much as the possibility of drilling into my interior, or ripping apart my dash...any comments?

For mechanical boost gauge you have to drill a small hole (3/8" i believe) in the firewall for the tubing. I put mine right above the gas pedal opening, put in the supplied gromet from Autometer, then filled it with silicone. Also I just punched the opening up to near 3/8", then drilled it through to the interior (from the engine bay) going through the thin insulation layer and plastic.

i just went thru the rubber boot in the firewall. you do not have to drill anything unless you want to
