I have heard (but cannot find more info on it) that when swapping gears, there is no recalibration for the decrease or increase in ratio. I heard that it is run off the rear wheel rather than from the transmission. If this is true, then I put in some 4.10's and not have to recalibrate the computer. if this is not true, then I need a speed-cal or a chip.

Here is what I am getting at - is there an aftermarket chip or programmer that is for sale that I can do this with? I have a predator for my Mach but they do not have a programmer ready for the '05 yet. Does SuperChips have theirs ready yet?
