None of them runable or fixable? I wouldn't mind taking on a pony like one of those, if it didn't take too much work to fix it up, and the price was reasonable.

OMG I may be scarred for life thinking about those poor ponies.
I've been wondering when we would see them.
The sad thing is they are really ruined, think about it, all the electronics will most likely be shot including the power windows so to get the doors open they might even break the windows just trying to open the doors.
omg I can't look no more
    way lotta work!

Yep, I was down there for 9 days right after the hurricane passed through. I was working for zodiac boats and the 82nd airbourn tasked us with providing boats and drivers to haul them around the flooded parts of the city that were to deep for thier big trucks.

I was on Canal Street and went by the Dodge dealer, there were over 100 new Ram trucks that only had about a foot of the roof visible.

I went by a Chevy lot that wasnt underwater. Hundreds of new cars had thier hoods poped open with crowbars and the batteries stolen.

I would have liked to procure some 05 Mustang parts, but, Im not a looter.

It was rough, I slept on the ground, ate MREs, and worked 18 hour days, but it was worth it.

The thing I missed most was ice. On a 90+ day when you've been working hard and sweating, a bottle of tepid water tastes like ass.

Those 82nd airbourn guys were very professional, I was impressed.

That's not just muddy water.. Feces and all sorts of nasties are in those cars. You wouldn't be able to stand next to one, much less clean it....sick.
Even if it wasn't sewer water, never buy a flooded car no matter how clean they get it.
Don't worry Ford is making them 24/7:nice:

    Biohazards :( ALL OF THEM

+1 on that. i went through the 1st few pics, saw nothing but v6's and thought "So?" :jester: it was really tough seeing the classics ruined. it's bad enough to see a hard-to-come-by GT ruined but those 2 late 60's ponies and the t-bird...:nonono:
