Our dealership just took in on trade a 97 GT "Boss Shinoda", 5 speed, with 31,000 miles!

Car is bone stock, and damn clean. The boss took it home last night, so assuming he doesn't buy it I may be able to snag it.

I believe they gave him 7500 trade in, so I might be able to buy it for that much.

    I know it's a 4.6L, but you guys think it's a good deal?

Oh yeah, he bought a new Bullitt...:D

Looks like he traded the car for just about what it's worth. KBB has the car valued at about $6800. That's fully loaded.

I think the "Shinoda" option was just a graphics package. Maybe some gauges?

IIRC, it's just a decal package and nothing else. It's probably not worth any more than your average run of the mill GT.

From what I can tell, the graphics are the only thing special about the car.

No need to worry anymore, my boss bought it for a "play toy". I am not even sure it has the PI heads on it or not. But he said he might just put on a Vortech...and be done with it.

The Mod Motor guys would know but, I think the PI heads were '99-up from the factory. So, in addition to being a "torque-free" mod motor, it's prolly got the crappy heads to boot. Boo. Hiss.
