i autocross the car all the time and usually place first or second in my class......thought i'd try something different so i went to langley speedway in hampton, virginia and did a big contest....... ya, but some of those ricers were incredible cars.... the yellow integra type R that I raced was worth 60K, i talked to the guy and he races at VIR all the time and wins in his import class, built supercharged motor, one of a kind suspension built only for his car and other goodies....he actually beat me in the time attack earlier time wise....but the one on one I got him....I ran a 19.7 and he did a 19.4
Great video...they used to to do that at a track down where I live. Back in the late 80's a guy driving a white camaro with "shhh, it's my girlfriends car" written on it with shoe polish put it into the corner in turn three after he got a little too fast on the back straight...it was great. Would've loved to hear that story when he took it back.
Whats it like at Langley? Never been there does it get busy? Alot of ricer attitude there or is there alot of respect for everyones car?
