What type of grease or lube am I supose to use on the suspension parts? For example BMR upper control arm. They didn't come with grease and I am going to have to go buy a grease gun today and need to know what to put in it or if they are fillable or whatever.

    Thanks.

Hey LFR. you can get a grease gun and synthetic grease at any Auto Parts Store. I just did the same and got the Lucas grease, it was about $4 and the gun was only $12 I think. Also make sure you get one with a flexible hose to get into those tight areas.
    (That sounds bad:)

My LCA's squeak all the time since I have the race adjustable ones (dual rod end) and just use WD40. Works so well and I just carry it in my trunk all the time so if it starts squeaking it's an easy 3 minute fix to spray all 4 pivot points.
