when my car is cold, it makes a sound sorta like a squeaky bearing, or a slipping belt, when it gets hoy it goes away.....wierd... Anyhow, when i sprayed oil into the bellhousing throught the bottom holes, it quieted down....so, what could be making a scraching like sound in there?

Its the throwout bearing. Our cars are notorious for having squeeky throwout bearings. There is nothing you can do. While it is still cold, rest your foot on the clutch pedal with slight pressure. I'll bet you the sound goes away. Thats the only way to get it to go away besides replacing it, and chances are, it will just come back again. Just turn the radio up louder.
