last night i was putting some stuff in the back of my car and when I closed the hatch and pulled my keys out the lock tried to come with the keys. I pushed it back in and tried to open the hatch again and i can't get it open, the lock turns but it doesn't click and open. how can i fix this? thanks for the help Blake
