Help me analyze this PT AF and make adjustments

    on my pre 04 PMS, this is a PT pull to about 6500 rpms, in 200 rpm increments.

    3600: 15.1
    3800: 14.3
    4000: 14.1
    4200: 12.5
    4400: 12.0
    4600: 11.8
    4800: 11.8
    5000: 11.6
    5200: 12.0
    5400: 11.7
    5600: 11.3
    5800: 11.3
    6000: 11.2
    6200: 11.1
    6400: 11.1

    please help....
