nope to make it simple lol the offset or backspacing on the newer rims like 94 up is different then the old ones..i tried some 96 cobra rims and they didnt work. although they was 5 luf i doubt there will be a difference. look up dodge stangs website he might have anything on it
the 4 lug bolt pattern is different between the early models up to 73 than the later models 75 and up. so it is more than just the backspace issue, which is something you will want to consider with any later model style wheel
