My morning started off pretty bad. I left for school about 10 minutes later than usual. Not a big deal, I'm sure I made that time back easily when I crossed the mountain. :p When I got to the bottom my GMC sonoma decided that the engine was turning too easily so the alternator locked up and went down in a blaze of fire....and glory. By the time dad got to me with another truck I was then about an hour late for a 2 hour class. :nonono:

After school we decided to check back into a junkyard in that area to see if anything new came in. I found 2 Volvo, 2 Saab 5000, 2 chrysler conquest intercoolers, and one from a supra. The guy called them transmission coolers so needless to say I got out of there with a load of stuff for very cheap. I also found a 4cyl 5spd(gold around here).

And if anybody here can think of what I'm planning.....I also cut a deal for 4 351W bottom ends and 5 sets of 351M/400 cylinder heads. :nice: Not to mention I finally located my DOHC 2.3 Turbo Cylinder head.....I'm coming for you Mike.

I bought these coolers to clean and sell. If anybody wants them Let me know very quick and we'll make a deal. These will be gone by saturday night so be quick.

I've heard that about the block, but didn't know for sure I had to have the 69 and 70 just for the heads. I'll probably sell the bottom end too.

Why don't you go back and snag the hobb's switch for me out of that Volvo the IC came from. It should have a vac/boost line running to it...it's a "pressure switch".

well if its at a junkyard, it sounds more like a "pocket part" than a "pressure switch"

I don't know where it's located...I'll try to figure it out asap.

Anything else good? Yeah, I need a few of these: http://td.rcwebdev.com/attachment.php?s=&postid=308112

They are cold start injectors found on Volvo's, Saab's, VW's, etc. They are small off/on type injectors. I need to add a few to a project of mine to fix the lean problem ;)
