I was able to get a "Product Information Book" that's a sales staff only book on my 1 hour drive today and all it says is it's 10.9 cubic feet. It is bigger than the past models and you have quite a bit of room if you don't get the shaker 1000 system .

I didnt take measurments or anything but I was impressed with the trunk space. You definatly can fit a few full size suitcases back there and the rear seats also fold down giving you more space for cargo.

Big enough to fit a body!

The trunk is pretty big. My brother who is 6'-2", fit into the back just fine. With the emergency release in it too, no one can get stuck in the back, either accidentally or on purpose! I even have the Shaker 1000 and it is huge. The Shaker 1000 doesn't really take up an usable space. It's awesome.

Thanks for the replies. The resaon I asked this question is because I want to put a subwoofer box in the back. I figure that I can get something that sounds better and is cheaper than the shaker1000. Would it be possible to fit a box that is 38"wide, 8" High, and 14" deep in this car? I have no seen the trunk yet, so im unsure of the space. If this box would fit, would it be hard to put it in and take it out of the car? I would take it out to go to the track.

It would fit, and I don't think it would be hard to get in and out of the car. It might just get to be a pain if you did it too often.

Hey GT1995...sarcasm is obviously lost on you. As for your attitude, the internet is clearly the last completely safe haven for cowards. I suspect you would not be nearly so snotty in person.

As for the trunk...I was impressed. As long as you're not looking to pack the entire family in for some nightmare cross-country vacation, there's plenty of room for a couple of suitcases and misc. crap-ola.

It looks a little bigger than the last style. The Shaker 1000 is positioned better too, instead of hanging down and taking up half of the trunk it's over the right rear wheel.
