How much would having my back bumper repainted cost?

    I asked this in the 99-04 tech section but I thought I should ask here too. Sorry for spamming! Anyway, my 2003 Mustang GT's back bumper has a couple scratches on it. A body shop manager who is a neighbor of mine said the whole thing would need stripped and repainted. That sounds expensive to me. Has anyone here had that done before and know about how much it will cost?
