Well I went into town last night,and some guy pulls me over to ask if I want to race.I asked him what he had,and he said his buddy had a 01 Z28.It was a automatic with a air lid,k&n filter,and drag radials.We go line them up,and from a dead stop he pretty much slaughtered me(1-1.5 cars),so I asked him to do it from a roll.So we get it up to about 15 mph and count down,I instantly pull 1-1.5 cars on him,spin in 2nd,he catches up about .5 a car,go into 3rd pulled another .5 car,into 4th and it was over.So now comes the tie-breaker.Again from a roll needless to say Cobra=1/LS-1=0.Now time for the guy with the stock 99 Z28 talking all the s#@t.LOL.
I suspect that since he had an auto he let it automatically kick into 1st from 2nd, thats why you got such a big jump out of the hole on the rolling race. He probably would have been better off manually dropping it down. Good death/kill.
