I bought a Buffing wheel!

    Tried it on my knee. Took the hair off, now i have one shiny knee. Cant wait to try it on my ride!

    Have you ever used one before? Is it a high speed or a low speed buffer?

    never even got close to one b4. I dunno it was a pepgirls special 24.99. it sed 6000 rpm or something like that. my friend had one exactly like it says it works perfect for the at homer do it urselfer.

    Maybe 600 RPM....for $24.99 I doubt you would get a buffer with that high of an RPM. I use a DeWalt variable speed, which goes up to 3000 RPM, which is higher than anyone should ever need. I usually stay at about 2200. Good luck with it, I would practice on someone else's car before you potentially swirl your own paint to hell.

    The instructions said to not just let it spin freely without it resting on the surface of item to be buffed, thats why :D
