I hate wheel hop

    If I were to install an IRS torque brace, aluminum diff bushings, and put in stronger 1/2 shafts like the 2kR, would it be as good for traction on the track as swapping a live axle from a GT?

    lol, I hope you're kidding.

    That's another thing, I'll be adding more power in the future, so I want to keep that in mind.

    It won't be as good as a solid axle swap, but it will certainly be an improvement. I just got my Steeda bushings and Maximum Motorsports brace in, and they made a huge difference. I hope to see significantly better 60' times once I get my new transmission broken in and hit the strip.
