Okay so I want to upgrade the ride quality of my stang. The bumps hurt. My mom thinks my car is going to fall apart  . What sort of suspension should I look at first to get a smoother ride, but the car may see the track some occasions. Adjustable struts? I have no clue what to get at all. Lowering the car would be nice too, but not if it lessens the ride quality. Do our cars have shocks and struts? I have no clue... Do you get one or the other? Doh... im such a newbie.

well...if I were you i'd get lowering springs, adj. struts/shox, subframes, cheap UCA LCA. That should run you 500 if you do the install yourself. This will make your ride "firmer" not necceseraly smoother.

REMEMBER ITS A SPORTS CAR, NOT A GRAND MARQUIS

For about $700 you could get an Eibach Pro-Kit to lower the car slightly and Bilstein Shocks/Struts to absorb the bumps. That should solve you're abov mentioned problem. And we have struts in the front and shocks in the back.
