Sorry to tell you there isn't much you can do. Your car is rated at 88 hp stock, you can do the standard bolt-on mods that are available (cold air intake, exhaust, a header if you feel daring), but all those together might get you 10 hp. I did all that on my old car and just didn't feel a significant difference.

Spray it. A 75 shot should get you to the 16s, and a 100 shot to the high 15s. You can pick up a used kit for cheap. I got one for a little under 200$.

Get a Ranger header for your car, off a 94-95 I think. Tell me how it goes, since im interested in doing it myself.

I did the ranger header way back when, and felt like it gave a small increase in torque. I have one in the garage now that I need to get rid of, but just too lazy to list it on ebay.

I was also looking into getting a T3 turbo or something like that what do you think?

A T3 will add power but theres a lot more to it than just putting a turbo on. You'll need the right computer, VAM, Forged pistons... It add$ up in a hurry.

To get more than ~120hp from the n/a also gets expen$ive. On top of the cold air intake, exhaust, & ranger header you can add the roller cam from a dual plug engine.

Don't bother getting the T3 unless you are getting the complete 2.3T engine and computer attached. The best is to swap everything over.

You 'could' put the T3 on with a turbo computer, injectors and VAM, but that's quite a bit of work just to create a ticking time bomb. You would have to severely retard the timing and would still be well under 200hp. I know, I've done it.
