    Hello!

    Three things.

    1. Hello and welcome to stangnet, and congrats on buying a quality car.
    2. It'll depend on what exhaust kit you buy.
    3. Use the SEARCH tab. You will find many of us answer this question way too often.

    Welcome again!

First of all its very hard to have a mustang sound like a ricer unless u where missing 2 cylinders off ur V6 or 4 of an 8 so that rules that out. The best thing (In my opinion) is go with GT take offs since the tubing is 2.25 inch and it will be a step up from ur 1.75 and u wont hurt low end performance. The GT take offs sound pretty very good (In my opinion) as is but most want it a lot louder so get the GT take offs and if you want later just go with flow masters or w/e mufflers u want from there.
