Increase fuel capacity

Ok y'all, weird project I've got on my hands. I own a metallic silver 2003 V6 coupe and want to build this one for distance. One of the major upgrades would be a larger fuel tank of course. MPG will get major increases as well, but capacity is my first concern. First question I have is 'does anyone even make bigger tanks for Mustangs?' And next would be 'is it even gonna fit?' Also general specs for those who don't know and read this, 2003 V6 gets: 15.7 gallon tank, 19 MPG city, 27 MPG highway, 23.85 avg MPG, 193 HP @ 5.5k RPM, 225 TQ @ 2.8k RPM. HP will be increased with parts/tunes, as will TQ, MPG will be increased, and like I said, I would need the tank much, much bigger. I'm looking towards the 30 gallon range and preferably an aluminum tank. Any help/advice or just plain ol' comments that don't bash the project are all appreciated! The attached pictures are my Stang, and a Stang I am taking inspiration from.
