I took the plunge yesterday. I ordered a '06 GT deluxe in Vista blue/dark charcoal with a 5spd, spoiler delete, and shaker 500. My current vehicle is a 94 F150 (which I'm keeping) that I've been driving since new. The only mods I've done to the truck are suspension and new wheels/tires. I also have a 69 sportsroof "project". I figure I've been good so I'll get a new car and the Mustang is the only one worth buying (IMHO) .
congrats sportsroof! I ordered an 06 GT Deluxe Vista Blue ,cloth dark charcoal,charcoal IUP,side air bags the day before! Just curious what type of proirty code did they give you? Mine was a 15, they said it should be here end of 2/06. I think they are crazy I'm guessing end 3/06. Anyway congrats!
They gave me a code of 10. The salesman said 6-8 weeks but it could be as early as 4 weeks. They ordered a Saleen S281 and it came a month later. Those cars get built, then shipped to Kalifornia and modified, then back to the dealer. I hope I'm this lucky.
