Is this 04 Cobra Lowered?

I am wondering if anyone can tell if this car has been lowered? I am about to buy it, but I don't want a lowered car for clearance issues. I test drove it and it scrapped in places where I didn't even notice hills/bumps. I know you can't really see the wheel-well in the picture, but maybe you guys can tell from how low the body looks.

It's an 04 Cobra.

Looks lowered to me

That's a tuff one. That angle is very tuff to tell. If you were scrapeing and rubbing underneath it may have a drop. Stock ride height is lower than a regular GT. Upon further review there is no conclusive evidence to overturn the original call. The cobra is ......................

That's lowered... very noticable when looking at the front tire clearence.
