Will a K&N filter along with the silencer removed along with a couple of weld in Magnaflow mufflers yield a noticeable improvement at WOT? Looking to drop $500 in mods these 2 were for starters should have $250 or so left after this what else should i add to help with gains? Thanks

Uh, what year is your cobra? I have basically the same mods and it resulted in about a 5 hp difference, but would make more of a difference if you have a blower.

For one, the stock cat back is less than 2" in some of the tight bends, versus a solid 2.5" of various cat-backs on the market... On 03/04 cobras... these cat-backs are worth at least 20hp... and the fipk II nets you 25...

2-5 hp with a K&N filter. Don't have any data on the Air Silencer for a Cobra.
20 hp and similar tq with Magnflow mufflers.

Further, you will notice gains throughout the engine range.

Next on the list would be 4.10 - 4.30 gears, performance chip, and underdrive pulleys.
