I have heard bad things about the LACR Drag strip, but i dont think Fontana's California Speedway is open and I really want to run tom.

I know the elevation at LACR is about 2600ft, what is it at Fontana?

Also, will elevation matter that much? I ran at a track with 15 ft of elevation and i ran a 14.4 @ 98 with a 2.44 60ft .... so of course my 60ft was the problem...

My question is, will elevation hurt me in the 1/4 drastically? do i have any chance of hitting 13's on my crappy all season sumitomo HTR+ ?

Since that run ive added gears, cai, muffs

well fontana is in the process of building a new track that is scheduled to open next month but might have gotten delay with the rain. LACR is an ok track the only thing is the elevation, but if you want to practice then irwindale is open on thursdays and you can practice your 60ft.. That is where i currently go until fontana opens.
