The black leather seats of my '96 Cobra are showing signs of natural wear. What I'm looking for is a new black leather upholstery kit with the Cobra emblem embroadered in the shoulder area of the seat. I've seen pics of an '03 tenth anniversary Cobra with the seats like this. Does anyone know if there's any difference betwen the '96 and '03 seats? Just looking at the pics they look the same, or where I could an upholstery kit? Any help would be appreciated.
96 and 03 seats are very different. the seat cover from an 03 wont fit your car. either buy the covers fro your seat or buy 03-04 seats (approx $1000 if you can find them)
depends on where you live but the best & cheapest way is get the seats reupholstered , Mexican & other spots in Florida can do a nice job for a good price , bring the car by get a price pull the seats out most shops front seats maybe 2 days turn around price depends on material ...... at least your not going to worry if they fit different year cars have some very different bolt paterns ..... Mustang seats in car swap meets bring in big $$$$$$$$$$$$
