Just like the title I had a powerdyne on the car and took it off before I tuned the car. The car is all apart and I have a chance to make some changes. Id like to get as close as I can to 400 N/A
This is what I have right now
    347 Strocker
    Trickflow TW Heads
    Trick Flow Track Heat Intake
    Trick Flow Stage One Cam
    2600 Stall
    Built AOD Trans
    1.6 Rockers
    And some other lil things
Now I have 1.7 rockers sittin in the garage along with a Stage two Trickflow Cam
When I bought the Car it had a Mail order chip on it with 4 settings. Well When I went to a dyno day it wasnt on the best setting and the only pulled 270 hp and 333 tq The guy said it just didnt seem right. But I k now that the car has more being I ran 13.2 before I had a rocker problem and had to stop for the day. The car can run an easy 12.9 I know.
So what things should I change to try and get close to the 400 mark without Nos or a blower?
    Anyone have any ideas

You should have wayyyy higher numbers with that setup, something isn't right.
12.9 Is attainable with 270rwhp so it doesn't look like it was a dyno error....try to figure out what the problem is.

Getting 400rwhp through the aode will be kinda tough. 400rwhp through a stick is cake.

Whats your compression? If you had a blower on it i'll assume the compression is low. If it's low, 400 ain't happening with in reason.

You'll need more manifold, MUCH more cam, i'll assume you have a small exhaust, so thats gotta go, you may need to work the heads a little in the key area's like a good valve job and bowl work. I did NOT say you will need a fancy $800 "stage xx" port job!

My 347 should make near 400rwhp once I put a 3" exhaust on it (the 2.5" is killing my combo) but I don't care about dyno numbers so I won't dyno it.

I actually have High Compression 10.5:1 thast why I took the blower off. And like I said the numbers where low my settings where not at there best. I have the stage one cam in but i was going to upgrade to the stage two cam. I have long tubes right now with 2.5 right now yes. I mean if im above 350 like in the 375 id be happy.
The heads are off right now and i was going to have them ported but the guy that was going to do them is very far behind and I am in need of a car again

Your money is best spent on a cam and an intake swap. Since you lowered your hp goals, heres my recommendations for a quick fun car. Go with a custom cam NOT a junk waste of money tfs 2 cam. Use a holley manifold. Be very specific with your goals when talking to your cam grinder. He will set you up with the proper valve springs as well.

    Are your headers 1 5/8 or 1 3/4?

Who did the calculations for your compression? Reason I ask is some people think they have more compression than they really do.

I dont know the headers off the top of my head. And I have the build sheet on the motor from when I bought the car. Thats what im going off of anyways. And the TFS 2 cam I asked was to the fact i have one sittin in my garage and wouldnt have to buy one.
