Lowered the 4x4 today! Comparison Pics

    I finally got my springs put in today. What a difference! I used the FRPP "C" springs and removed the upper isolators on front and back. I got a solid 1 1/2" drop already and they haven't had time to settle! Here are a few comparison photos. The lowered photos aren't that great so I might take a few better ones tomorrow and add them in.

    Oh yeah, it took me and my buddy about 3 1/2 hours to install, and we were taking our time. Not bad at all in case you might be worried about doing it yourself.

    That looks much better. Get some pics in the daylight though. Would be a nicer comparison. Good work though.

    I though that if you changed the springs you needed new shock absorbers.

    Alot of people do change out shocks and struts. I just went cheap with mine and used the stock ones. I would recommend changing them too, if you have the money.
