Has anyone lowered an 03/04 Cobra with less that a 1.5" drop. I have been looking for 3/4" or a 1" drop and all I have seen is 1.5" at all four corners.

    Thanks,
    sawman

Get H&R's for a 1.5 inch drop and some 3/8 inch Undy spacers in the back with some 10.5 inch bullet rims and 335's.

H&R SS are the one's to get, they will drop you lower than what you are looking for though. :p

Does the lowering have any negative effect on the irs on the cobra?

Looking for less than the 1.5" which seems to be the only one available. I already have the 10.5" rims in the rear. They are stock style just WIDE. 315/35 BFgoodrich KD's out back.

this might be stupid, but have you checked steeda, or actual factory springs, I see stuff all the time about c springs or something. www.injectedracing.com/ A friend of mine owns his own shop, he might have some idea for you. And the H&R SS springs are going to be a lot lower than you probably want. good luck though, chris

I have the new Steeda springs. I was worried about height due to speed bumps and I was putting on a 3 inch exhaust. No worries with either issue. The springs dropped it about 1 inch in the front and 3/4 inch in the back but I did use a 1/4 inch spring isolator. I probably could have used the stock isolators with no problem and I might take them out in the future. Ride is about the same as before, but I have full length subframe connectors and a shock tower brace in the trunk so its already pretty firm. Here is a pic. :flag:

I think the Eibach Pro Kit would make for a nice drop on your Cobra!
    They make quality springs. :nice:
