Is there really a difference between V8 Eibach Pro-Kit and the 4-Cyl. Pro-Kit?
Does it have to do with the weight of the engine over the front wheels?
Im curious because Im looking on E-bay and they all say "V8 Lowering Springs" and Im not excited about the $220 price tag on eibach.com!

If you do a bunch of searching you'll find a mix of people that hated the Eibach's and others that loved them. Seems the drop rate is very inconsistent even with matching springs. So...just to toss in, I put in Ford C Springs available from Summit or wherever for $135. Raised my car back up from the 2.5 inch drop it had to 1.5 inches lower than stock. Just right!
    Might give them a looksee.

My 4-cyl kit dropped me around an inch and a half, I think. The right front spring isn't in it's perch correctly, so that corner is still a little high, and of course since I have the foxbody lean, the left rear is really slammed. When I tear the front end apart soon for brakes and struts, I'll relocate that spring and it should even the car out a little bit. I do like the way it sits, though, and the ride is still pretty good, even with stock shocks/struts. Look for deals....shox.com advertises their four-cylinder Eibach kit for $165....I got mine for $25....deals are out there.
