how do you guys feel about buying a stang on ebay. I found a mach 1--black and unmodified. 04 with about 75K miles. Can probably get a decent price and maybe a trip to FL out of it...

All I see is a red X. A Mach with that many miles today should be selling in the $11K range. I've seen some with less miles sell for $10K. Amazing prices these days.

I had a friend buy a ws6 off ebay one time. He lived in PA, car wa sin FL at a dealer. When he went down to get it, there was nicks and chips and some dents the dealer never said. And it didnt match the description :notnice: I do not think I could buy a car sight unseen

Yeah, I'd say that Mach looks in very good condition for a 75,000 miler. The driver's seat looks very good, which is most cases always looks beat up. Engine bay looks good also. Built in 10/03, mine was built 11/03.

the seat wear leads me to believe it maybe mostly highway miles...it's the driver getting in and out of the car so many times that causes the seat to wear more rapidly.
