    I saw a mach 1 suspension kit on gefracing.com for $300...

"Mach 1 is lowered one-half of an inch compared to the GT and uses a firmer suspension for better-balanced ride and improved handling characteristics. The performance-handling package includes: New front and rear coil springs with adapted load and rate Re-valved Tokico© struts in front and shocks in rear "

I'm buying new cobra wheels pretty soon and thought this would be good with it.

I'm assuming these fit a v6 fine.....but are springs and such a do-it-yourself job or do I have to take it to a shop?

Also....I bought a warranty with my car (3yr/36k mile, i bought my car used)......do items like these void my warranty?

And why i'm at it, think my exhuast already voided my warranty? I failed to check that and i'll be super pissed if it did. :bang:

    aye aye aye

The kit will look great with the rims. The springs are an easy install if you have an electric or air powered impact. I did mine no problem. But you might want to check with local mustang clubs and see if any member would help you.
The suspension shouldn't void your warrenty since all the parts have Ford #'s on them. The exhaust voided your exhaust warrenty though.

one thought here, i very well could be wrong...but woudlnt the front end sit up higher because it is designed for a heavy V8 up front instead of a light V6?
