I am finally in the midst of installing my 2.5" magnaflow exhaust. Does anybody have any pointers or pictures for the muffler bracket install? From what I remember the Flowmaster system had specific measurements for their bracket, but Magnaflow just shows a general picture on the instructions. Just get it as high as possible to keep the muffler a 1/2" or so from the floor?

I used existing muffler hanger screw holes. The top of the hanger plate is even with the top of the rear seat belt bolt.

That depends on how you look at it. The lower edge is even with the bottom of the floor but with the radius of the floor pan, there is a gap.
