You could if you bought the Magnapacks just by themselves, and then did a REALLY good job fabbing up the flow tubes that go from the mid pipe to the muffler so that they S bend out to towards the frame and put the outlet in the same spot as your typical offset muffler outlet. This way the Magnapacks would be in the right place to put your typical tail pipe kit on without having to do anything custom to them...so you'd just need custom flow tubes, which any muffler shop should be able to pull off with no problem. In fact it would be awesome if Magnaflow or even Dynomax made something like this for their tube style mufflers.
