Hey guys, might be picking up an 01 cobra in the next few days and just wanted to know if there are any specific things I should look out for in this year/model. All the usuals are great and still has a year and a half of warranty left. Any feedback is appreciated! Thanks Guys Perry
Check if it's a pinger. Best way is to go WOT on a hot day with the AC on, particulary after the engine has warmed up.
Yep, it's the middle of February and we're about to get a big blast of cold air coming into most of the country from Canada. Probably not the best time of year to check if the car is a pinger. I've only had my '01 for a couple of months and it has pretty low miles so I'm not going to be able to help you much. However, I'm sure there are some folks in the forum who can give you better advice than shadowland2000 did. The other thing I would recommend is to search the forums. I know this exact question has come up before.
