I might be buying another stang. On Sunday I'm going to look at a '72 coupe. It has a 302 and automatic tranny. The guy only wants $900 for it. He says it has a fuel system problem. It runs, but if you give it too much gas, it'll cut out. Should be pretty easy to figure out. But I've got to cross my fingers because two other guys are looking at it before me.

No such luck. A guy looked at it today (saturday) He just showed up and had cash, so no more stang for me :( Oh well, I guess it's just fates way of kicking me in the ass to get my '88 T-LX finished

That was a steal for the 72 Mustang coupe.

You're telling me. I was going to buy it pretty much no matter what shape it's in.

My cousin has a car sitting on his property in Frehmont, NH. Its a '71 (I think) Mustang coupe with a 351 windsor that ran when it was parked (about 2 years ago). But since it was sitting rats got to the interior, so its pretty torn up, other than that from what I saw it was a solid car...He wants $800 for it
