Roush Mod Question

Car: 02 S281SC

Ok here is what I think I know:

Stock Boost level: 6psi
Theoretical RWHP: 365 - 15% = 310

Ok so I was planning on adding a Chicane cold air intake, ceramic coated long tube headers, off road X, Chicane intercooler, and a Gords Heat Exchanger.

Now I believe all of these mods will affect boost level, meaning that right now, bone stock I get 6psi out of the m90 SC. However once I do the above stated mods I believe that my boost level will decrease since there will be a lot less back pressure.

So what I was curious about is if I also add a chicane pulley that is normally good for 8 - 10 psi, will that put me back at the stock boost level of 6psi or possibly 7 psi?

If so, then would I still need to have the car tuned and the injectors/ focus fuel pump added? Or would I be able to keep the same Saleen power flash that I currently have since I am basically still at the same boost level?

Also, with the above stated mods w/ pulley what kind of power would I likely see?

I put the series 2 s/c kit on my car, along with the Chicane RIPP kit and Focus pump and an autologic chip/base tune. I hit 298rwhp 322rwtq at about 9psi running rich. Other mods were magnaflow catted x and magnaflow mufflers at that time.

The Chicane RIPP kit sits in the engine bay so I am not sure how that is concidered "cold air". It also doesn't have a heat shield, I purchased one separate from C&L when I had my Chicane. I also had JBA shorties, catted x as mentioned and the gords ford HE. Tom (TJM01) was the pioneer of the intercooler swap. He had Turbonetics fab one up for him, who from what I was told manufacture the ones for Chicane.

Here is all of what I did before I swapped it out for the KB 1.7:
