I will NEVER go back to mustang week. Last year I was less than 3 months away from turning 21, I was on my hotel balcony drinking a beer. The hotel security called the cops, cops come and handcuff me and take me to the city jail and throw me in jail for the charge of "possession of beer-underage". While I understand I was breaking the law, taking me to jail for having drank half of a 33oz Icehouse is ludicrous. Therefore, I will never go back to Myrtle or spend another dollar of my money in the state of SC.
Well you take a chance breaking the law, and there is the chance of getting caught. This could have happened just as easy at your school, so why you want to hate on SC??? You should have had enough brains to chill and stay in the room while drinking your Icehouse!! NO REASON to never attend Mustangweek again!!!!
i unfortunately missed last year's mustang week, but this year i plan on attending every event. can't wait!!!
If I'm still living in SC, I should be going. Hopefully though I'll be back in Florida! I have too many weddings I'm going to to be taking leave for a week! Gah. And to the dude who got caught drinking underage, you fought the law and the law won. Don't hate on the police for doing their job. You want your mechanic to do his job right, not skimp out on something, so allow them to do their job. Oh and grow up. You put yourself in the position so no one to blame but yourself.
