Hey everyone. I got a real head-scratcher here for all of you. When I am accelerating, there is a ticking sound comming from the passenger side. It sounds like its in the car, like in the dash or something. I have no clue what it is and it is impossible for me to check it out while Im driving for obvious reasons.

Please help! Its really anoying and its been like this for about 6 months now!

Ill look into it, but it sounds like its a relay ticking inside the car or in the dash.

You know, I was trying to avoid the whole "its a bomb" joke because I wanted to see if anyone would make a comment, and you used it in a great way.... and no, i dont think anyone wants me dead.

Someone has got to know something about this!

Ok. Ticking noise inside you dash, coming from the passenger side. ??????

Might be something came loose and is now stuck in the A/C path or something similar. Bring it to ford or a mechanice who can actually get in and look at it first hand. We really can't do that hear. Sorry.... Oh, how did fitting your intake work out, or did you just send it back for the right one?

My wife's 99 V6 Stang has been making some crazy sounds under the dash lately and when it was cold out, the right blinker would go nuts.

Pulled the relay that was making the racket and it went away...but the blinke & flashers did not work, so I put it back in and it seems to have fixed itself somehow?

It is yellow, under the dash of the drivers side.
