My own a arm thread -- turbines

Will new narrowed upper and lower tubular a-arms fix the rubbing problem that the turbines have? I haven't been brave enough to go the wheel spacer route, and the a-arm are similar in price when compared to hub and wheel centric spacers. Thanx, mike78

NO, I've checked with a couple of the suppliers and the narrow version means it brings the wheels in not what I thought it meant which was that the shape was narrower and would give wheel clearance.

I don't know if anyone has tried this, but regular tubular upper arms may work. I had turbines on a previous II and they rubbed the stock arms on the formed-up edges. Tubulars may have more clearance in this area (?). The other problem was the ball-joint bolts rubbing the rims. The factory riveted ball joints barely cleared, but not the replacement bolts.
