    Several different companies made a wheel that looked exactly like that, back in the mid-late 90's. Without a manufacturer's name on the wheel it would be very hard to nail down exactly who made it.

    Prime and American Racing are two that come to mind. We used to sell both brands at a Firestone I worked at 11 years ago, and we had an identical style wheel to that in the showroom for display.
