OK here is my current best at Houston Raceway Park done in 97 degree heat done this past July spinning on my worn 17in. street tires.
R/T.... .429
60' .... 2.025
330.... 5.720
1/8.... 8.770
mph.... 81.42
1000... 11.388
1/4..... 13.599
mph.... 102.12
Can anyone analyze this and give any helpfull tips, or thoughts. Seems pretty good to me for street tires.
I dyno 263 - 270 RWHP depending on if my ECU is accepting the Autologic's timing or not with my manual 00 with 373's.
I want to go back with some real traction to avoid the frustration of street tires. My main question is what set up of drag radials will help me most. I was thinking of getting some inexpensive V6 15in rims, and a low profile 15in DR. Do I want the widest and lowest profile DR I can find to get more rpms in 4th ? I think I trap in 4th at a fairly low rpm - Seems this would gear my car down even more-
Any suggestions welcome (rims / tires / whatever).
Must go faster !
Thanks-
