Guys I need some pics. I need to see some stock strut brace areas and some of ones with CC plates.

I got some nice 4 bolts coming but I can't tell if the stang already has some CC plates on it or not.

Please post me some links, pics or something, need to know what they look like mounted.

    Thanks.

Ok I looked in my MMFF and looked at the 04 cobra and 04 Mach 1, I don't think I have any yet...it does not appear that the mounting has any grooves to make it adjustable.

Mine looks black with a bit of a gap around under it, the strut shaft comes through and it held in with a nut and then its got 3 bolts/nuts holding the black part in place but I don't see any slots to slide it around and actually adjust the angle of the strut...sound right for stock? Gonna get me some MM CC plates and pro 5.0 soon ;)

Do those have slots around those nuts where if you loosen them you can move the plate? I don't think mine has that...i.e. they are stock plates but its hard to tell. My best guess right now is no CC plates were put on it judging by the pics I saw in my MMFF mag.

You are in Carmel? I am just south of County line into the Greenwood area.

Nice strut bar, I got a KB too...having trouble finding a good CAI that will work with mine WMS said no and I am waiting from Densencharger but I think thats a no too.

Yeah, there are slots.. the factory ones won't have slots and they probably have a rivet in one of the bolt holes..

KB makes several strut braces.. I bought the one for a supercharged car so that it would clear the BBK..

btw.. KB is having an open dyno day this Saturday..

Mine was on it when I bought it...wish I knew for sure which one it was. It does go back to the back wall area and mount there as well.

I could not see about any rivets on there, I did see 3 bolts that appeared to only have enough hole for the bolt to come through and have the nut tightened on it, so I would gander to say no room for adjustment.
