need help beating a WRX (yeah you heard right)

Hi guy's, I have not posted here for a while, but I need some help.
There's a 2003 WRX that produces 226-230 hp, it has a turbo, and it's not as heavy as a 95 Stang. (did I mention AWD). Im pretty sure it's stock, cuz of the dealerships temp license plates.

on the other corner, My 95 Stang, with 3:55 gears done, and an Edelbrock performer sitting in my closet. (I shouldn't mention it's an AUTOMATIC)

with 500 dollars, what mods do I need to beat this guy, on a roll, and at the track, or lights?

BTW if you mention a 65mm throttle body, your too late i've decided to go 70 mm throttle body, the April (or was it Feb issue of FF & MM had the Edelbrock Performer and a 70 mm throttle body dyno'ng +40 hp on a stock Stang)

    remember 500 dollars. Thanks.

If you don't have them already some dr's, an o/r h or x pipe, and you should be able to get a set of pullies too. Of course put that freakin intake where it belongs!
Do you know the torque results from that Performer/70mm tbody test? Did it have stock maf too?

Im pretty sure it's MM & FF March issue, Volume 17 issue 3 though.
Does anyone have this issue with them? to post any numbers or scans (if stangnet.com allows scanning of the magazine?)
