Ok, it started when I put some cooling lines on my car to water cool the turbo. When I got done and was checking everything, I noticed that the hose clamps on the hose from the turbo to the wastegate diaphragm were loose. Naturally I tightened them. When I was driving down the road I noticed a big change. Then my car went into crap mode and I was boosting 1 psi. Yes 1. So when I had the chance, I loosened the hose clamp back to where it was and boost went up. One thing I think that it could be is the actual diaphragm itself because when we put the motor in, my dad had to get the rod on it unstuck, so I'm guessing that the thing is messed up internally. I think that's where my noise is coming from too. I have another diaphragm though so it's all ok. Any feedback is greatly appreciated. Thanks

not much feedback other than you might consider running gillis valve or equivalent. It is weird that it would effect it that way.

No, after I hooked up the water lines I was visually inspecting everything and that's when I notices the wastegate hose clamps were loose, I'm not retartded.
