new cap/wires

want to get a new cap and wires, just curious if any one brand is better than another? or just go with motorcraft?

i would just get motorcraft plugs or autolite, stock cap and dis. you could upgrade the coil to a MSD tfi coil, but you dont have too. and you could get some MSD wires for a single plug ford ranger.
